Every class is coached by a qualified trainer.  Most classes run for 60 mins.  

Chose a class you'd like to try then book in for your first free trial.

    Kids aged 5-12 years can train in Boxing, BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai 5 classes per week, uniform required

    These are our busiest classes, teens and adults, males and females are invited to learn the art of Muay Thai

    Boxing

    Learn to box, practice footwork and head movement and find a flow to box with rhythm

    BJJ, MMA and Wrestling

    As well as striking, our gym offers classes to teach you how to work on your ground game, with a purple and a brown belt coaching BJJ

    Ladies Only

    We encourage both genders to train together but we are aware some women would like to train in female only classes with a female trainer, we offer a comfortable setting for women to train in ladies only classes

    Ladies Only

    Every gym needs to work with weights and help clients to build strength and condition muscles.  We focus on sports specific strength training to build functional muscles and to help our fight team become fitter, with greater endurance and mobility
